Yaham Laboratory Center is our in-house testing facility. Covering an area of over 2,000 square meters, it is equipped with more than 200 sets of various instruments and equipment for experiment, analysis, testing, and metrology.

The Laboratory Center possesses comprehensive capabilities in inspection, testing, analysis, and experiment for electronic materials, LED displays, LED lighting products, and other products, ensuring quality and reliability. Additionally, it provides technical training and research and development services.
The Laboratory Center is equipped with 12 laboratories covering electrical, optical, reliability, mechanical stress, environmental (comprehensive) testing, etc. It has large-scale analytical equipment such as scanning acoustic microscope (SAM), X-ray testing equipment, thermal shock chamber, drop tester and so on. These pieces of equipment enable comprehensive product testing from raw materials and components to finished products, from hardware to software, as well as complex system. Moreover, the Laboratory Center provides technical services including analysis, evaluation, standard information, technical training, energy conservation, environmental protection, and dedicated equipment and software development.
Verify the product’s performance and reliability
under extreme temperature conditions.
Assess the product’s sealing and waterproof
capabilities in rain or humid environments.
Test the product’s corrosion resistance and
durability in a salt spray environment.
Use X-ray to inspect the internal structure
or welding quality of the product to ensure no defects.
Simulate vibrations encountered during
transportation or usage to evaluate the
product’s vibration resistance.
