One-to-one Free Training
Yaham’s in-sales service provides a comprehensive training process that covers
technical training, software usage, and basic maintenance knowledge. Training
sessions can be scheduled either during your visit to Yaham or when our engineers visit your country for installation.
Manufacturing Status Tracking
Manufacturing status of each step is traceable via email or phone.
After-sale Service
About Yaham’s Limited Warranty
Yaham’s Limited Warranty offers coverage for defects in materials and workmanship on all Yaham LED products and accessories for a period of 2 to 5 years, starting from the original purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not include accidental or cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications.
In-warranty Service
If your products or required service is covered by Yaham’s Limited Warranty, you can ship any malfunctioned parts to the closest Yaham repair office around the world for free maintenance or have our engineers fly to your city to provide any necessary assistance.
Out-of-warranty Service
If your products or required service is no longer covered by Yaham’s Limited Warranty, you may need to request out-of-warranty service, and there will be charges for
replacements or maintenance. However, before your display goes out of warranty, our after-sales service engineers will send you an email notification. They will inquire if you would like a thorough check of the display to ensure proper functionality.
